Terms of Service — Djinn by Solomon Technology

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Djinn platform, the ladjinn.ai website, and any related services provided by Solomon Technology, LLC ("Solomon Technology," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Djinn platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Services

Djinn is an autonomous AI employee platform that provides role-specific AI workers for businesses. Services include AI employee deployment, LoRA fine-tuning, workflow integration, monitoring, and related support.

3. Early Access & Pre-Purchase Packages

Early bird investment packages constitute pre-purchase commitments at discounted rates. By purchasing an early access package, you are securing future usage at a locked-in price. All early bird packages include a full refund guarantee if Djinn does not deliver a deployable employee within the agreed timeline specified at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Early access packages are one-time payments.
Post-launch, monthly management fees are billed on a recurring basis.
Setup fees are billed at the time of deployment.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
Use Djinn AI employees only for lawful business purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Djinn software.
Not use the platform to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, models, and branding associated with Djinn and Solomon Technology are the intellectual property of Solomon Technology, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you provide to Djinn for processing. We do not claim ownership over your data. Your data is processed on isolated infrastructure and is never used to train models for other customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solomon Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
