1. AI Performance Disclaimer

Djinn AI employees are autonomous software agents trained to perform specific business tasks. While Djinn is designed to operate with high accuracy and consistency, AI systems are inherently probabilistic and may produce errors or unexpected outputs.

• Djinn AI employees operate within defined confidence thresholds. When confidence falls below the configured threshold, tasks are escalated for human review rather than acted upon autonomously.
• Performance metrics (accuracy, speed, cost savings) are estimates based on testing and early deployments. Actual performance may vary depending on the complexity of your workflows, data quality, and integration configuration.
• Djinn is not a substitute for human judgment in situations requiring legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decision-making.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or within the Djinn platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Early bird investment packages are pre-purchase commitments for future service usage, not securities or financial instruments.

• Early access customers may experience bugs, downtime, or limitations not present in the final production release.
• We are actively developing new roles, add-on modules, and integrations. Availability timelines for specific features are estimates and not commitments.
• All early bird packages include a full refund guarantee if Djinn does not deliver a deployable employee within the agreed timeline.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Djinn integrates with third-party tools and platforms (CRMs, email providers, accounting software, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Outages or changes to third-party services.
• Data loss caused by third-party service failures.
• Actions taken by Djinn AI employees within third-party systems that exceed the configured scope of operations.

5. No Guarantee of Employment Replacement

While Djinn is designed to handle tasks typically performed by human employees in specific roles, we do not guarantee that a Djinn AI employee will fully replace a human employee in every scenario. Businesses should evaluate Djinn's capabilities relative to their specific needs and maintain appropriate human oversight.

Solomon Technology disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Djinn platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of Djinn is at your own risk.
